Books

Hello, everyone, and good morning! Today's topic is books. I love fantasy books. Currently, I have been looking for the perfect fantasy book with elements of swordplay and magic. For example, the Harry Potter series excels in magic, but we see little in the way of swordfights. On the other hand, the book The Dying Kingdom by Stephen S. Sullivan (By the way, I've only ever seen this book for sale in Arizona. I'm not kidding!) has perfect sword fights and just a little magic (more like telepathy). The best book I've found so far that combines both elements is Tamora Pierce's The Song of the Lioness series. Anyway, another good book by Tamora Pierce is The Circle of Magic #1. It has no swordplay, but I love the book so far. Good-bye!

If swordplay is what you like, then you should definitely read R.A. Salvatore. His books are full of intricate fights and battles, and his descriptions of the sword fights are amazing.
